KK mop cover instructions

These are basic instructions, not row by row detailed ones. If you have any questions I'll be happy to try to answer them.

I used the red KK round loom. e-wrap 28 pegs 3 times. knit off 1 over 2. e-wrap 28 pegs and knit 1 over 2. continue this way for a total of 6 rows.
slip the 2 loops off the 1st peg and onto the 2nd peg and then pull the bottom 2 over the top two. (decrease made) slip the 2 loops off the 28th peg and onto the 27th peg and then pull the bottom 2 over the top 2, *e-wrap and knit the next 2 rows then decrease at both ends again. continue from * until you have 12 pegs left. e-wrap and knit 12 stitches each row for 12 rows (if you need to make the cover shorter or longer add or delete rows here.
Make increase as follows: wind yard 3 times around pegs to right and left of pegs 1 and 12 and pull the bottom loop over the top 2. e-wrap and knit stitches in between then e-wrap and knit all 14 stitches on the next row. coninue in this way until you again have loops on 28 pegs.
e-wrap and knit 6 rows after the last increase. cut from yarn ball and leave a 3 foot tail of yarn.
to bind off: with crochet hook (I used size f) remove loops from 1st and 2nd pegs, yarn over and pull through all 4 loops on hook then yarn over and pull through 2 loops on hook, chain 1, remove loops on next post so that you have 3 loops now on the hook, yarn over and pull through 3 loops on the hook, yarn over and pull through 2 loops and chain 1. continue in this way untill the last loops are bound off. after the last chain 1 weave the tail into the edge stitches.

Now I will try to come up with a pattern for a Dickey.

mop cover attached to Clorox brand Swiffer type mop head. Attaches just like the purchased ones. This cover was done in worsted weight yarn, didn't have any cotton yarn, which would probably shrink up some and fit better. I'll write the instructions up in a post soon.

Bruce - Jesus

This is a drawing from the movie "Matthew" of Bruce Marchiano in the role of Jesus.

A Little about me

Here's what I'm about:
First: Jesus is my best Friend. I depend on Him for everything and He never lets me down. The world may be harsh and unfriendly at times but God is Good all the time.

Second: Family and friends - warts and all - is a blessing in too many ways to count. The love and companionship is a great comfort to me and the hard times help me grow.

Interests: Reading, drawing and painting, knitting on knitting looms and crocheting, computers - from building and programming to using many different types of software to keeping in touch with friends and family. Pets: I have a 6 month old pit bull female that I just brought home from the vet. Turns out she got parvo, probably on our walk last week. Silly me crying over a sick puppy but I've had her since she was born and she is such a sweet cheerful little girls that you can't help but love her.

I enjoy light hearted conversations on a variety of subjects but won't argue or force my views on any one and won't stick around for others to do it to me.

I plan to post some photos of my art and maybe some stuff I've knitted with my Knitting looms.
I plan to make hats for Preemies and donate them to the local hospital NICU.

Come often and let me know you were here.

Wassup with this?

Hi Welcome to my blog. This is my first blog so I have no clue what I'm doing or why.

I started this blog so I could post a comment on someone else's blog so I might as well make the most of it.

I'll come back and add posts when I figure out what I'm doing.
